Here at Bee Wholly Living, we understand the importance and benefit to the general workforce, when employees bring their whole selves to the workplace. How an increase in diverse thought and abilities can allow for a surge of creativity, problem solving, and education.

However we also know how hard it often is for employees to feel safe, and comfortable enough to bring their authentic self to the workplace, regardless of your vision statement, company culture document, or employee guidelines. This act of 'hiding oneself' in an effort to fit in, or play the corporate game is a detriment not only to your company culture as well as bottom line, but also to your employees' mental health and wellbeing.

Open Conversations about Race

Create a safe space for your colleagues to talk and learn about current hardships faced by BIPOC. This will include training and workshops where a space will be cultivated for open dialogue, resources people can make use of, and follow ups with your employees.
